I bought this product after being told it was difficult to put up and seeing other reviews to this effect. However if you follow the instructional video on YouTube, it is really easy. There's loads of space for clothes, I got two full loads on it and the pegs for socks are great. The shirt hanger is very useful and saves on ironing too. I love that it folds up small to go in a cupboard. I bought this for my new house I'm moving into and it is very, very good. The motor is quite loud on full power, but it does definitely dry the clothes quicker.

Terrible. All clips holding up the drying rails snapped within 3 months. The customer service refuse to answer my emails because they don't deal with amazon orders and refused to point me to somewhere that does. The air function is expensive to run and ineffective as the fan doesn't attach properly so you may as well just be blowing through a straw at the laundry. Tried for over 6 months to get a replacement sent out as I'm so disappointed with the quality but at this rate I'd rather just have a refund. BUT the customer service has been so terrible the item is now outside the standard one year warranty period too so a complete waste of money!!

This product was easy to assemble.It holds loads of washing and it does dry them.A bit loud but it does what it says

This is very easy to assemble and is very sturdy , but the only down fall is with it being cool air it does take all day to dry your cloths so I'm a little disappointed.

It is convenient to dry light items but heavier things take a long time. Delicate things can be dried naturally and there is no shrinkage as with a tumble dryer. The adaptor has stopped working after just 2 months of weekly use, and when I contacted the supplier as per Amazon direction I was told they had run out and to speak to Amazon.

We came across this product whilst looking for airers in general;The company's product review and video was appealing.overall we are-Very disappointed with the products mechanical performance. The airer its self is spacious, and that's all it is' a spacious airer -We have used the new breeze twice since purchased, so far it has failed to perform;( items washed / gym clothes and wool blanket /socks and pants 2x track suit bottoms , spin cycle 1200 ** the above picture and video shows minimal items on the aria. we moved the blower slightly higher in anticipation of the breeze being more effective. it was turned on at 10 am now 14.00 hrs: The drying technology was ineffective. washing was still very damp and felt colderThe drying module-Is noisy and sounds very similar to a hotels wall fixed in-house hairdryer.Lacks the breeze affect.The airier its self is easily stowed and offers good space for hanging clothes and shirts on the additional clothes hanger arm.* room temperature was 19.5 at time of drying.* Gym clothes mixture of cotton and MM-fibers* Woolen and cotton fiber blanket** Due to the drying capacity of the airier , We decided to keep he airier purely on this basis along side the product allows easy storage ..(We have not used the so called breeze technology since purchased)The market price for good solid airers are around £ 20-upwards .

So far so good. I've been using a standard clothes drier and sometimes my washing smells foostie, so I'm happy to have found this. I don't expect it to be a tumble drier, i just need something to hang up my wet clothes and give the drying aspect a boost. Positive comment - it folds down so thin so easy to store. It was easy to build and im in a wheelchair so anyone can do it. One aspect that could have been improved upon and that's to include instructions. Thankfully I found the video on the original listing! Negative comments are the cord is so short and that one of the hanging bars has a dent in it 🥺 otherwise I'm excited to try it!

Oh dear - a brilliant idea but the product is noisy, has a short wire that is only useful for floor sockets, is flimsy and poor value.I washed towels and put them on full speed, and after 4 hours they were still sopping wet ! Would've been better with a warm air flow.... every time I moved the site it fell apart !!

The product was as advertised.It came with an English plug - the sort I cannot get a UK adaptor for, to fit the type of sockets in my apartment.I tried to take it apart and return it - but there was a risk of some of the parts breaking - so I asked the seller for help with instructions as to how to safely dismantle it. The connectors just push and click to assemble, to take apart....., that's a whole different ball game!There was no answer using the Customer Services number given.I contacted the seller via Amazon.The response was:1. Get an adaptor - I'd already explained that was not possible.2. *We don't manufacture them, we only sell them"3. If you return it and the reason isn't that the item is damaged or late, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee, plus postage costs!There was no attempt to help me find a way to safely take dismantle the item so I could return it in the box it came in.As it was, with it still partially assembled, it would not fit in the box - and I have yet to find one which it will fit into.Surely there must be a way to take apart something which comes ready to assemble, if you can do one you should be able to do the other?If I can find a box I will return it, but I most certainly will not pay a restocking fee that is just ludicrous.This is not a company that is remotely interested in good customer relations or service - they're only concerned about the money.I will definitely not be using them again.The only reason it has one star is because the item I ordered, was actually the item I received.
