The stones are nice, and yes, some of these are pretty sheer. As in the backs of the bases will show through the stones., so you'll want to use something backless or that has a solid metal back with no ugly holes or pattern on it as a setting base.

Really nice stones for the price. Not AAA quality, but fairly well cut. Some are lighter, more of a denim Lapis. Overall decent quality for a good price.

Out of the package only 1 was lapis others black chalcedony and sodilte

In my pack was a great variety, including: lapis, cherry quartz, carnelian, rhodochrosite, jet, aventurine, sodalite, white and blue dyed howlite, amethyst, blue goldstone, malachite, ruby in feldspar, red tigers eye, and mahogony obsidian. However, there are 4 stones that are still unidentified, one of which is barbie pink and useless. I wish they had made a proper list of the stones.

These are nice, but I sent them back because there was only 18 instead of the 20 that was in the description. This may not seem like that big of a deal for some, but it's the principle of it for me. It's just not cool to short change people and I'm sure the sellers wouldn't want that for themselves
