These are nifty little things. They wouldn't be suitable if you wanted to use them in a seated or standing position, but if you are lying down they are great.The problem with the more traditional type of eye shields is that they are elasticated and can either fit too tightly, which is just plain uncomfortable - or too loosely, which means that they are not protecting your eyes properly. Also, from an aesthetic viewpoint they can leave a tan line where the elastic goes - or more noticeably ... leave you with the dreaded "Panda Eyes"!These eye shields avoid that. They are well shaped and fit comfortably over the eyes and eyelids without covering the surrounding area too - but they still do that crucial job of protecting your eyes from the UVA/UVB rays.

Exactly like the description. They don’t stick on your eyes so you can’t wear them sitting/standing up, but I knew that and bought them accordingly. I didn’t want strings to leave a tan line and I didn’t want to feel like my eyeballs were under pressure from anything with suction. These are great. If you want them for reclined/laid down tanning, these are perfect.
