First of all I should have refused the product, the box was badly torn and pieces sticking out. The package that the bolts etc. were packeged in was in pieces and bolts scattered through he box. The cloth top is very light material and where the velcro was sewn on to it is just looking to tear. The bolts that hold the metal part of the top on are plastic as well as the ratchet parts they go through, they won't last long. I'm 6 feet tall and my legs hang in the air making it uncomfortable for your legs. Also the upholstered removable cushions are to thin and not enough padding to be comfortable. So i purchased some sheet foam to put under them, and velcroed the foam and cushions down otherwise the wind will blow them off. The company has two swings listed I ordered the more expensive one thinking it would be better quality. The cloth top stiching tore installing it very carefully so I had to glue it. Overall I think I would not buy this product. Pretty expensive for what you get.Also they need to install at least three more velcro strips on each side to secure the top and reenforce the area where it is stitched. I used some Gorilla tape to hold it down better.

Super cute! Very comfy! Looks good with out outside setup. However, THESE ARE THE WORST INSTRUCTIONS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE!! No written instructions just pictures. Some of the parts were not labeled correctly, nothing to indicate which side should be inside or outside. We had to figure that out the hard way and some of the screws were labeled wrong we had to figure out where they went! Even the "tools" provided were suboptimal! So tiny that my son could choke! I've put together swings before and this one really had the worst instructions it took us two hours to put together but once constructed, it made the first sit all the sweeter. HOWEVER, with that being said, again super cute, super comfy, and I'm proud to have it as a part our outdoor decor.

This is not a 3 person swing, 3 toddlers.... maybe! It was what I expected putting together, comes with all tools needed to assemble.The cushions are thin and the seat depth is short. I am around 5'6'' so fairly short and the bar hits about mid thigh. Making for an awkward and uncomfortable sitting position.The swing doesn't seem to sturdy and i'm not sure the quality of the chair fabric will hold up to long.Over all I am very disappointed. If you are looking for a quality swing this is not it. I recommend saving the money and putting it toward a unfortunately higher priced but quality swing.

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my daughter and son-in-law to use on their patio. After only a few uses, the bar across the bottom-front of the swing seat broke. It didn't even make it through its first summer.

poor stitching I fell through it and they refuse to replace just that part. didn't hold my 230 lbs how would it hold three people
