Atrocious!
I was at the mall and I found these. I purchased them outright as a set. They were DESTROYED on the airplane. My possessions were spread ALL OVER the conveyor belt! All three of them! I now see that they are being sold here on Amazon. Buyer beware!

I just got the carry on size. It is a beautiful piece and I get tons of compliments but it WILL get damaged. Both times I've traveled with it I thought since I am carrying it on I'll be able to protect it. Nope. I was the lucky one who had to check it each time because there was no overhead room. The 1st time the strap which is only held closed by a magnet almost completely ripped off. I did a claim with the airline and they reattached it but there were scratches and tears all over it from traveling. The good thing is it does come with a cover which would have probably saved it had I knew I'd be checking it. Does defeat the purpose of buying such a beautiful bag tho. I was scared it could easily pop open in tow but it didn't. It really is not for commercial flying. No durability and very expensive but I REALLY love my bag and I want all sizes. :(
