Very good voice clarity, light weight, sleek. 240/110 step down adapter needed.

Nice product and performance up to the mark
Nice product and performance up to the mark. After sale service is bad as the adopter got damaged within one week and when I requested for replacement, the response was quite disappointing. Now I am using my nokia mobile charger with the 110 V converter to use the device.
