NAF Leather Neatsfoot Oil

This is great stuff.My wife surprised me with a well worn second hand leather chair. The leather seat dry and cracking.A gentle application of the oil on a duster has softened and reinvigorated the leather after one application and after a quick buff with a clean duster, gave it a shiny fresh look. I nowThere is no unpleasant smell and the colour of the chair ( dark brown) wasnt affected.The oil is supplied in a large can which will allow many applications.I recommend this product.

I have a leather tool bag and hat I like to keep supple and have used leather oil for many years - a little goes a long way. I was surprised when such a large can turned up, enough for my limited useage for some time to come. However it is good stuff, I have treated my leather and it has kept it beautifully waterproof and supple.

You don't need much, to see great results.

I have some really good leather work-shoes, and although only a month or two old, they are letting in water, so I get wet feet! Not good during a long working day out in the rain.I used this many years ago to waterproof some motor cycling boots and it worked well then.I'm pleased to say this worked well on my LEATHER work shoes.Would defo recommend for waterproofing anything leather.

Neatsfoot oil has two main uses I'm aware of. One is treating leather to keep it supple. The other is rubbing on painful joints and muscles. For both of these, it works well. It's then just a question of finding the best deal and this company came up trumps this time.

Die Tasche war mir zu hell und zu wenig „lebendig“. Nach der Behandlung mit dem Neatsfoot Oil hat sie einen wunderschön warmen Cognac-Ton und die Lederstruktur kommt besser heraus. Ob das Leder weicher wird kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil meine Tasche auch vor dem Einölen bereits butterweich war. Ich habe die Tasche zweimal behandelt. Wunderbares Ergebnis, ich bin sehr zufrieden:)

Ich Färbe meine Lederarbeiten mit ölbasierten Lederfarben. Dadurch wird das Leder ziemlich steif und hart. Nach ein / zwei Behandlungen mit diesem Leder-Öl wird es wieder weicher und elastischer. Es löst keine Farbpartikel heraus und ist recht ergiebig. Man sollte nur aufpassen, dass man es nur auf der Rückseite des Leders anwendet. Mir ist etwas auf die Vorderseite gelaufen und die Stelle wurde ziemlich Fleckig.
