I bought this package to begin learning to decorate cakes. The pictures included are my first attempt. They are by no means professional, but this kit was a lifesaver. The turntable and frosting smoothing tools helped me to take my cakes to the next level - so much smoother than using a knife. I’m very pleased!

This is a wonderful set of tools for a beginner to have access to all types of cake decoration skills and techniques. My set was missing one piece out of 160+. I made a quick mention to the seller and was absolutely satisfied in less than the 2 days it took for the replacement to arrive. We bought this as a gift for our nephew overseas who just wanted us to bring a few simple tools like a frosting bag and a few tips. His mother tells us that this complete and inexpensive set will blow his mind. Thanks for making this set available at such a great bargain and for your extremely helpful customer service.

This product is great if you're purchasing for a child. As a beginner in cake decorating, I did not want to spend too much money investing in products when I wasn't sure I would enjoy the craft. However, the quality of the turntable is pathetic. It's wobbly and off-kilter, again something a kindergartner might not mind. The rest of the items are of acceptable quality for the price point, but I would recommend purchasing a different set (without the turntable) and ordering a higher quality turntable. I understand that this item is available for returns, but returning items can be a lot more work than the item is worth. What would be nice is if the product was ready to use out of the box.

This is a great product. It's exactly what I was hoping for and comes with everything you could need. The packaging was perfect and it arrived quickly.

I was more than a bit of a tomboy growing up, but I loved to cook and to bake. That summer she taught me to bake a mean lemon meringue pie, whipping silky peaks atop the rich custard, the basic techniques of decorating cakes: leveling, a tight crumb coat, scallops, leaves, icing flowers and the trick to a creating a rose of silky buttercream icing, petal by petal.More than 3 decades and a dozen moves later, I’ve sadly lost track of that small Tupperware full of memories.Settling down into a new chapter of my life, the Merri Cake Decorating Supply Kit caught my eye at the right time!With literally 4 dozen tips in an array of sizes and patterns, I’m looking forward to experimenting when the next “cake” occasion (or excuse) arises.My last and favorite recipe Freda taught me was the secret to her specialty Buttercream Tarts, a shortbread crust piped with a decadent and silky filling: an indulgent dessert and a perfect use for my brand new tips.Time to be 10 again!

Excellent product for cake baking especially forstingnand icing decorations! Must buy!

Just received these yesterday and couldn’t wait to try stuff out! Love the silicone bag and all the different piping tips! I made macaroons with them! Can’t wait to make a cake and try out the base! Definitely worth every penny sent!
