After 2 decades of running arthritis in my knees has caused running to be very painful. I have used numerous topical products, knee stabilizers, and cortisone injections for relief, all with limited results. After using these for 5 months I can honestly say they have worked great. Very satisfied.

I wanted to like this knee strap but it has one flaw. The location of the plastic ring extends off the padded part of the strap making contact with the skin and unfortunately rubbing and pressing into the skin. I couldn't tolerate it for more than a short time. The sizing was correct, and not the issue. If the plastic ring was sewn a little closer to the center of the pad, even by half an inch, the ring wouldn't contact the skin, and the only the touching the skin would be the padded area and the strap that goes around the back of the knee. Great concept that I think could be improved by one simple change. I found a similar strap that the buckle does not contact the skin.

My 9 year old has Osgood-Schlatter and had extreme pain in her knee. Hoping this would help I purchased one. With in a day she could tell the difference and within a week she had no pain at all. She's a tournament softball catcher and was told she couldn't catch thanks to this she's back at it pain free!!! The multi-color is "cool" and doesn't embarrass her in front of her friends! Well worth the price!

I fell on my knee and injured it, then fell on it again...... I tried this hoping to avoid surgery, I’ve been using one for about 2 years now, it helps so much that I have not had surgery.

This works better than the others I have bought. The strap is thinner and more comfortable to wear, and the curved part seema to fit the contours of my knee well. Right now I have a sciatica thing causing knee pain, so it’s still painful, but much better. I’ll update later.

Bought this itBandz for my husband who suffers from constant knee pain due to his need for knee replacement, which he won't be able to have for a few months. It provides immediate relief. He said it's "Amazing"

My husband plays a lot of sports. He hurt his knee last year, and these bands work so well, he wore them every day for a while, and nowv he just wears them to play softball. He was pleasantly surprised how well they really work.
