Very cost effective way to buy khapli/Emmer wheat. Less than 50% of the cost of buying the flour.To make porridge, just put the required amount in the spice grinding jar of the mixi and grind for 3 seconds. To make roti, soak overnight and then grind it up into a batter. You may have to add a little bit of the dry powdered version or normal flour to get it to the consistency required, or it can be poured out into the tawa and cooked in that manner.

These are very old and spoiled. I tried to make sprouts so many times. Every time got spoiled with very faul smell. Then I took wheat from somewhere else. They got sprouted easily. So much costly nearly 4 times of wheat and that with very bad quality. Very Disappointed 😞.

The quality of grains was good and clean. However, the price is very high.

Last time when I purchased, it came vacuum packed, however, this time it was not vacuum packed. I liked the vacuum packaging, as it reduces the generation of small insects. Please keep the vacuum packaging again.

There is a huge difference when I make chapati , Puri from this product...tastes great and digests better...Will definately recomend to others
