Easy to apply, I used a long handled roller. Liquid is white on application and dries clear. I am impressed with the wet look colour enhancer and it has made my Indian Stone patio look much better! I bought too much, so I will be giving it a 2nd coat as I opened the container, a little goes a long way! Not cheap, but I think it's worth the money for a lovely finish.

Fellows,It was last step I needed to complete to make our old patio to look great again! I used SmartSeal patio cleaner to get the patio back to good looking one. After spending a lot of money and efforts to get the patio in order, wanted something that would help to keep it looking good longer, to avoid black spots and algae appearing again after winter. Bought this sealer, applied using garden sprayer after giving the patio a clean again using a pressure washer. The first application of the sealer got absorbed really well and quickly. As per instruction, applied the same amount in two hours, but had "liquid leftovers" over the places. Had to use old bed sheet to remove them. So bare in mind that the second application would need much less of sealer sprayed over the stones.The patio looks great now! Usually indian sandstones look a bit "washed up" when they dry, but after this sealer they really "pop"! :) Really happy with the patio now. The water also is not soaked in during rains.Best regards,Rustam.

Great, does the job well

I have an indian sandstone - Kandaha Grey - patio and I wanted to seal it two years after laying. I looked up best product reviews and Smartseal is at the top. The label on the product says use on Indian Sandstone but on the website they say not to use on grey sandstone. I paid around £250 for the cleaner and sealer and the result is horrendous. The label on the product does not warn you not to use. They must warn. their customers it is unacceptable to sell the product which says for sandstone when its not for grey sandstone. I could cry my patio is completely ruined and no-one will take responsibility.

Excellent item. I have used this product a few times now and all is good. I suspect this is the best product in the market.I apply two coats but such is the quality perhaps once would be sufficient.Very much recommended.

Smartseal Natural Stone SealerGot to admit my Indian stone patio did look brilliant just from a thorough jet wash but this treatment certainly made the colour slightly more pronounced and gave it a definite silky sheen that repelled water. I gave it three coats applied by spray as I had really ordered too much.Overall I'm very satisfied and would use it again.

Waste of money.
