New taste treat
I’m an adventurous eater. I read that this is popular in the UK so I ordered a bottle to try it out. It is kind of like chutney. Sweet and sour with all sorts of veggies in the sauce. I made a grilled ham and cheese with this sauce inside. It was delicious. I will be researching other ways to utilize the sauce. My son in law is from Scotland and I actually bought it thinking he would love it too but he didn’t care for the flavor as a kid so his loss my gain!!

Its Chutney to Americans
I heard about these and bought a jar. I heard they were pickles but I had my suspicions and thought, the crazy english probably call their chutney, pickles or we call our pickle chutney. Regardless, I like both and just bought on a whim. I like the really salty indian pickles too.Well it was a big jar of brown chunky "chutney" that you need a spoon to serve (no dirty finger pickles) and its actually really good. Im 23 year a vegan so no grody cheese sandwiches, no medieval type "food" choices for me like a few suggest but much preferred for some samosas and assorted indian foods. Most store bought chutneys are far too sweet but this does have a good balance of sour, sweet, and savory.Vote Bernie Sanders unless youre a billionaire or have no critical thinking skills. I am a branston pickle and I approve this message! Its really quite good regardless what it is.

An old friend, back on the table
Many years ago I dated an English girl. Many things came out of the relationship, but chief among them was a fondness for Branston Pickle. I took some along on a recent camping trip and introduced my fellows to the wonders of the Ploughman's Lunch. Glad I bought the larger size bottle, as it was devoured.

Branston Pickle.A basic condiment for my home.
Branston pickle is a delicious sweet and tart vegetable chutney. It is a great condiment for my British classic pickle and cheese sandwichs. A great addition to macaroni salads too.

A taste if home. United Kingdom
If you from United Kingdom you know Branston pickle, it work with most foods, but it’s best in sandwich of thick bread butter strong English cheddar cheese and a good table spoon of Branston.

Delicious British nostalgia food!
For an ex-pat Brit with happy memories of ploughman's lunches down the pub, and ham and cheese sandwiches, this stuff is an indispensable component of a culinary nostalgia trip. An extremely flavorful chunky pickle relish; if you like that sort of thing, it doesn’t get any better than this. One caveat; Amazon and their vendors seem to have little idea how to package glass jars, and a single layer of thin bubble wrap WILL NOT DO. But when the inevitable breakages occur, Amazon do at least make it right without fuss.

How did the lid come off inside the bubble wra
The lid of the jar had been opened - some of the pickle was on the bubble wrap around the jar. Discarded it in case it had been injected with fentanyl.

Great stuff if it was packed properly
God it and lid was off rattling around in a box with no packing Also a very expensive way to buy this ! Couldn’t use it but did get a refund from Amazon. I’m all for paying the warehouse people well but this one should be fired!

Too expensive
To expensive for product it end up costing me 35 dollars for one jar. If it wasn’t for a Christmas gift I wouldn’t have bought it.
