I really like this band. It's easy to use and durable.

I bought a second band to keep at my vacation home. It’s as good as the original I got with my exercise video.

This has a little bit more resistance than my original Miracle Miles band, but it's not at all difficult to use. I like the little bit of extra resistance because as I've been working out, I've increased muscle & need a little more resistance in my workouts. I don't know why some people have said it's hard to pull, but I wouldn't want it to have any less resistance or it wouldn't be effective.

This was a replacement for the ring band I had that was stretched out. So you have to get used to the tight pull, once you find your groove it's smooth sailing. I used this new band for both upper body and standing and looping band under my shoe for lower body squats and lunges. A handy workout card is included. Quality of band is good, I was able to get and keep a good grip on the band and did not fear it was going to snap. Very happy!

I purchased this band on September, used it a moderate amount (once a week) and this morning it broke. It worked well but today it broke during my workout. I probably should have purchased the original Leslie Sansone band. Not happy at all!

I've purchased other resistance bands that weren't as durable or flexible as this one. I felt soreness the day after my workout so I know that it works. The only minor dislike is that the color shown in the picture is not the same color. I wish it came in the baby blue. The color I received was blue but not as light. Still a good product.
