it was hard to figure out which of the many thermometers was the right replacement for an olderweber genesis, even the old paperwork that came with the grill did not specify a part number for it. luckily i came across a review that pointed out the correct model for that old weber(not that i am too sure that the thermometer is all that accurate or useful) BUT, it's nice to have theproper replacement part!

It seems like this thermometer registers much hotter. Maybe the original has become "weak" over the years. But the new one indicates the temp going up much faster and pegging out quickly ! As winter wanes, we will be grilling more. That will tell the tale. The good news is that it fits perfectly and was very easy to install.

It installed in less than 15 seconds, and fit perfectly (be sure your grill takes the small tab on the back to orient the unit vertically). The printing is quite light and hard to read--type should be much bolder--but otherwise, it is a suitable replacement. I fired up the grill and let it burn for 15 minutes and the thermometer registered 600 degrees. Sounds about right.

Skeptical prior to purchase, but arrived early and fit perfectly. This was purchased for a Traeger (Pellet Smoker), and it fits nicely. This one arrived, and was installed in minutes. Tracks within ten degrees of the digital control readout on the smoker.

This was smaller than I had expected. It didn't fit in the bevel on my grill but I installed it anyway and it still works perfectly. It does however fog up as water is getting into it somehow. If water wasn't getting into it I would have rated it higher.

My old Grill temperature gauge had gone bad. I searched on Amazon and found this temperature gauge. It arrive on time, nicely packaged. I compared the old and new gauge and it was the right size as was stated. It was a 5 minute install. Very easy and quick and it is working great in my grill now. I like it.

Extremely easy to install and very useful to control the temperature and do the proper cooking time calculations. Every grill has to have one installed.

I had to drill out the hole so it would fit through. It still doesn’t fit flush because there are 2 pieces on the grill sticking out that can’t be cut but it works
