Great Headset, Good Price
This headset is by far one of the best that I have ever owned. And So I will probably be a longer review than I intend to make it. But bear with me. I compared these to my friends Beats by Dre Studio Blk Over Ear Headphone from Monster , and a pair of Bose® QuietComfort® 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones(Old Version) and it stood out in regards to build, looks, sounds quality and value. Everyone who has listened to these have just been blown away and here's why;BUILDThis headset is extremely well built. It has a very comfortable headband padding that is not only comfortable, but feels very durable (And also very sexy).I have dropped it, scuffed it against things, scratched it on a wall or two, and there is no noticeable damage. It feels more comfortable than the Beats and is less exhausting to wear than the Bose as they make your head sweat after an hour or two of listening. The earcups feel just as sturdy and comfortable and also move to conform to the shape of your head, ensuring a perfect fit as well as a sense of enclosure. These block out external noise and is does it well without the expensive price tag of an actual noise cancelling headset. The logo on the sides of the cups look great and gives it an aesthetic finish. The material it is made of looks and feels more durable than that of the Beats and the Bose Headsets, and feels way more comfortable than both. This headset is like a dream. The Cord is not only awesomely green and good looking but is also very durable. I have gotten it caught on doors, the corners of the dining table, on the edge of the kitchen counter and they have not shown any signs of deterioration nor have they failed to deliver smooth bass kicks and screaming highs. (It comes with two Cords, One with a Mic, and one without, I have not used the Mic as I don't use this with my phone and don't talk to other people while I'm gaming)It does not feel light and flimsy like the Beats Cord, and look so much better. They also have a lock feature-something the Beats do not have- which allow you to lock the cord into the headset, which is great because it keeps the cord in place when I am playing pool or jogging (Yeah I know, jogging? These sound too good and are too comfortable to not work out in them, keeping them clean is as easy as wiping them down with a damp cloth and a little liquid soap). If you are worried about getting it caught and breaking it, just leave the cord unlocked.SOUNDSound quality. Blows. My. Mind. I have heard sounds in songs I've heard a thousand times that I have not heard before. I listen to a lot of Electronic/ Dance Music; House, Progressive House, Trance, Hardstyle, Electro, Electro House, Dubstep etc. and they sound so smooth and clear. You hear all the different sound layers that are in the song that your listening experience just feels so rich you wonder as to what you were listening to before. The reproduction of bass and sub bass frequencies on this headset is so awesome, especially once you take in to account the fact that these are not boosted by an external power source like the Beats and Bose headset. I listen with the volume on my Zune HD 16 GB Video MP3 Player (Black) up about 50-75%, because these are very loud. At 100%, you're looking at some serious hearing problems with prolonged use. On a desktop or laptop computer, you only need the volume at 25-50%. Unless you wanna drown the world out.I also listen to a lot of Heavy rock music; Heavy Metal, Death Metal, TechDeath etc. and this is probably the only area in which the head set takes a little drop in terms of sound quality. The Bass is exaggerated which washes out the sound somewhat making it...murky. Not to the point of it being a major drawback, but just enough for you to notice that it doesn't sound as good as one the Bose headset, but is similar to the Beats. Then again, this is more of a DJ headset, than a Headbanger one. (Hip hop, Rap, and R&B all sound great on this headset as well.)Gaming with this headset is Awesome. You feel so much more immersed in the game and it also helps a lot when playing multiplayer games as you can hear people running around making it harder for them to creep up on you. Same as with Creepy Horror games. (Just keep the volume down so no one hears you Screaming your head off when a zombie growls and grabs you from behind-real experience)Movies, also, sound AMAZING. You'll even hear things you've never heard before and feel very accomplished when you point it out to other people.VALUEAll in all, if you compare, sound quality, build and retail price;Beats Studio= $299.00, Bose Over Ear Noise Cancelling= $299.00, Razer Electra=$71.86 ($57.89+ $13.97 Shipping),the overall Value of this headset is extremely high.Comfort, Style, Durability, Quality in Sound and Construction all the way down to the price, this headset is a winner. I would definitely recommend these to anyone in need of a great headset for less than $80, that rivals $300 headsets. (Unless you have $300 You just have spend, in which case, buy 3.)

Beats for 'Gamers,' at a very appropriate price.
This' my first Amazon review. Maybe my last, who knows. Hope it's not bad.TL;DR: This is a pair for the common listener. Most people tend to like a s*** ton of bass. The headphones are attractive enough to where I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't feel awful about wearing them in public. The look and the sound aren't the biggest problems, however -- it's just the way they fit. Don't plan on long listening sessions with these -- they'll get painful really fast. You can do better in this price range, but if you really want these, you can do worse. Replacement pads (if you know some that are compatible with the square shape) and buying used is recommended. (see the bottom for mic/cable things)I've owned this pair of cans for a good four years. Got them when I didn't know a thing about audio stuff, and while I'm certainly not experienced enough to be giving you statistics and charts, I can tell you that these aren't really the greatest things you'll ever hear. But, I got these for $56. I use these things still as my daily driver, and I do listen to music a lot; but, as of right now, it's more out of 'necessity' rather than preference. I want to say that they're easy to drive, but I have to get these things at a pretty high volume on basic-stuff to get them to the quality that they're supposed to be at. Maybe that's just me not knowing all that much about amplification and what not, but that is something to look at when considering these. Another thing is the build. The single biggest problem with this set is that they're just really, really uncomfortable. Even after four years, I still can't wear these things for too long. The ear pads are a lot like the cushions you'll get out of your basic IKEA chair. Stiff to start with, but you'll settle into it after using it for a while. But, use it too long, and the cushion will just become a flat piece of dry-mush. After about an hour of use, I have to start rubbing my ears -- unless I'm really focused on something and not paying attention to it, which is honestly most of the time. The ear pads come off easy, so if you can find a replacement for them, it's recommended.Probably the best things about them are the sound and the look. I think they look great. Personally, I think the green and black variation of these are ugly as all hell, but the pure black palette compliments it. If you're not one to show off brands to things -- like me -- the muted Razer logo on the cups and the company's name written in "EXTREME COOL AMAZING GAMER" font don't get in the way of things. It's not something I feel bad about wearing in public. Then again, I don't mind wearing crocs if I have nothing else, so whatever. The sound is what you'd expect out of the marketing of this. Really bass heavy -- something I used to really enjoy. They're pretty great for rap and EDM, but you'll be disappointed if you are someone who mostly listens to rock. They get the job done for most people. A lot of people I've had try these out say they're pretty decent, so take that for what you will. For gaming, you can do better for this price range, but if you're looking for boom, this'll give that to you.Overall, they're great for people who are looking for that common sound that most things below this price give. They remind me a lot of a pair of Beats, but with better build and a much more reasonable price. Razer might be known as that company that overprices things, but these fit in with most headphones offering a similar sound signature that are from brands people know about. That being said, you can't go wrong with getting used if you don't mind the possibility of a having to clean them. Just because I said the price was more reasonable doesn't mean the price is the best. Like I said before, I got these for $56, and that's the price you should probably look for, because that's much more appropriate.... Oh, and the microphone. Forgot about that, to be honest. It's not great. Don't get this as a headset -- you'll be wasting your money. If you really want the headset, get yourself a VMODA Boom Pro, and clip that on there. It comes with two cables, one with an inline and one that's just the cable. The cable's a bit prone to the swirly-swirl of death, but if that really bothers you, getting a replacement is really cheap. Your basic 3.5mm -- what it should be.

Long lasting headphones, amazing sound quality
I was impressed with these as soon as I opened the box. I love how these come with two cables (one with mic and another without). A clever feature oj these is that the aux cable locks in to the headphones, so if your controller or phone falls off the bed, or you change postition, you dont pull the cable out. I have had these head phones for 3 years, and i use them 3-4 times a week for gaming and music. After three years, they work perfectly, and the only sign of ware is on the green padded part at the top. Razer are an incredible brand, and I would buy these again 100%.The sound quality is epic. I've product tested beats, sony and bose headphones and I must say, the sound quality on these are just as good. Which is outstanding to say they cost £200 and up and these cost £55

Music, Yes! Gaming, no...
Let me first start by saying that these headphones are amazing! The quality is great and they are more than worth the asking price, I would compare these to beats by Dr Dre. But when it comes to the gaming side of things it lets itself down, the headphones come with a separate cable for the gaming use (has a Mic) this doesn't work with my computer because I have two different jacks for my out and in. But this uses the same one. I did know this at the time of buying but i thought it might be useful for me mobile phone that uses a single jack for both Mic and Audio, sadly this didn't work and the second cable now lives in my draw.overall I do recommend if you want to use it for Music, but not for gaming on a PC.

Great headphones. Bargin!
The build quality is better than many headphones costing £100 plus. The sound is well balanced but still slightly favors bass but this doesn't overpower the other tones; highs sound crisp and clear and mids are well defined. They are the most comfortable headphones i have ever purchased (i have a lot), with lots of padding on the earcups and headband. It comes with two cables that both lock into the headphones so they cant fall out (they wont anyway but its still nice). One has a mic but there are no controls on it. Only possible issue is that they are a bit bulky, not heavy. They look quite large on your head.

Nothing short of amazing
I was really cautious about buying these headphones. I've never spent so much money and have until now been using cheap (£20 or less) headphones. I decided to get a new pair with a £70 budget, and after doing a lot of research found these. I saw a review saying these are not good for gaming and I have to disagree. The mic that comes on one of the wires I think is intended to be used on a mobile device, and if you are truly a gamer you should have a stand alone mic as headset mics will never have the same quality.I use these primarily for gaming, and the first time I uses them I was shocked. The bass is amazing, like Beats, but unlike Beats, all other sounds are also amazing sounding. For music they are also excellent, and you can listen as loud as you want without any sort of crackling or distortion. The one thing I didn't like was that the wires are too short to reach all the way to the back of my computer, but this is easily sorted by a headphone extension cable, which you can get for under £2 on amazon. They are large, so I personally haven't used them with my phone when out, but some people don't mind that. The mic on the wire is good quality and the sound of the headphones is as I said earlier amazing, so if you don't mind the size of them then they would be great for out and about. For the price these are amazing. I have used Beats before and if I'm honest, I think these sound better and are a LOT more comfortable to wear as the earcups fit around your ear instead of just on them. Highly recommend them, and I've already convinced a few friends to get them too!
