I use this on my feet to prevent blisters when I walk or run. I've gone 7 miles at a time and no blisters, but my friend uses this for his marathons and swears by it, so I'll have to up my game and see!

This is super stuff. Lasts a long time-don't need much and seems to last all day. I use mostly to avoid rash and chafing under my bra. Better than smooth, also made by the company. I live that there is a regular size and travel size available. Used to use Glude, but like this better

Very comfortable anti itching spray. I use it in my running shoes because I do not wear socks and I love it. The one ouce was for sampling. I now need to buy a bigger size.

Not a horrible product; however, it came in a horrible bottle which leaked throughout my suitcase and then was empty on race day.

I love this stuff!!! 10x better than body glide or the cremes and butters that are out there, in my opinion.

no chafing at all Glad this product exists. I would recommend for any long distance runner. Spray worked well for me.
