Nice on the fondant, even nicer on the hands!
Longer, slightly narrower than Wilton or similar brands, but much better ergonomics. Much nicer on the hands for extended use, although it will change the angle you smooth fondant from as the most comfortable position is now 90 degrees off from normal. This will be noticed by the time you get to the last tier of your first cake... less cramping, less aching in the hands by days' end, too. Another winner from Fat Daddio to go with the huge (and hugely useful) sil mat.
