WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET BITTER MELON SOLD AT THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE
I've always had a problem with powders NOT in a gel capsule. The powders tend to float up my nostrils.Instructions say to add to water and drink. Nasty! Drink it fast and fill mouth with something to remove after taste. I take this with other supplements. It seems to help blood pressure.

The packaging is a litte weird, there is a plastic bag with the powder inside the brown paper package.Just started this, will update in a month.Update: its grainy..idk why. Not going use it anymore. Feels like drinking sand

Amazon Bitter Melon Powder by "HerbsForever"
I started using bitter melon as a preventive after reading a new study that showed it killed over 95% of Pancreatic Cancer Cells in laboratory tests. Buying in bulk is much more economical than capsules since the amount used in the tests translates to about 2 gms per 50 pounds of body weight. It also has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for many, many years. Every morning before breakfast, I mix a "heaping" half teaspoon of powder in a glass of water with a half teaspoon of stevia sweetener. The taste is (surprise?) Highly Recommend This Bitter Melon
Besides the fact that it is effective for health, the consistency and so on is ideal for putting it in capsules yourself. Thats what we do. Actually my wife does the capsules and she was complaining about the Bitter Melon from a different source. Apparently it was very sticky and would get all over her clothes. Anyway, very happy with this source. We buy 00 caps and fill them up ourselves.

Package good received good time bought it to help fight my cancer can only hope it works nasty tasting stuff taking this along with apricot seed powder and turmuic and black seed and graviola extract but stopped that for afew days everything suppose to help fight cancer seems to taste like crap won't know if they work for awhile but try anything instead of chemo
