I got this for my wife for Mother's Day, per her request. I thought it was expensive and kind of lame. Long story short, it works and is definitely worth it...but not for a 3 or 4 at a time, and not for a large group.It's huge...finding space for it is not easy. Very simple to use. Drop in tortillas and activate. The timer buzzer is annoyingly harsh but at least you hear it. Dumps them out sloppily (would be nice to have them stacked), but they are certainly nice and hot! Works better and quicker as you do more. Which brings me to my main observation...It's way easier to throw several in a microwave and heat up that way. But keeping them warm can be tricky if you're doing a lot and tortilla warming dishes don't seem to work as well as I'd like. This way, we serve a round of 5 or 10 (heats five at a time) to get everyone eating, then as the kids want more they can get up and heat them as they go and have them nice and hot. If you're feeding more than 4 or 5 people, this would take a long time. Better off wrapping a big stack in a slightly moist dish towel and heating in a microwave.Would be a perfect wedding gift because it's kind of quirky and unique. Should be priced under $40, though.

The product was decent, tortillas are more steamed than cooked. I had the product for about a week until it malfunction. I called Amazon and NUNI but none seemed to help me. After many calls, I was able to have Amazon representative tell me they can replace it. I returned the item but I only received a refund? I clicked on the product to rebuy and the price increased after a week. No wonder I wasn't able to get a replacement... As much as I want this item I would not want to spend more than I already did. I'm just one customer who had a tough turnout. Hope this doesn't occur too often.

Have to say I'm overall disappointed by this. I was super excited as I warm up tortillas 1-2x per day. Unfortunately, this doesn't come close to replicating cooking them on the stove. Another review said their tortillas are more steamed and I would agree with this. Maybe different types of tortillas are better... I was using thin corn tortillas. I wish it allowed you to cook longer, and when I tried running it a little longer, the tortillas got stuck every time. Will look out for a newer version one day.

It works phenomenally on both corn and wheat tortillas. I was a bit skeptical when I purchased it, but I took the chance as I wasted too much time and too many tortillas trying to heat them in my toaster oven. I plan to purchase another as a gift for my sister.

I absolutely love this tortilla toaster. Love the color red. Cant beat 6 tortillas in less than a minute. I would have given a 5-Star rating, but I have one minor issue... tortillas get stuck after the 3rd warming attempt. Being Mexican-American, I sometimes like my tortillas a bit crunchy. So, I tested my NUNI to do that, after all its a toaster. However, after the 3rd warming cycle, the tortilla gets stuck and it can be hard to remove it. It calls for a bit more wider cracks. Not sure if NUNI is intended to actually toast a tortilla, but its sure does the job for it. 3 cycles gives it a soft crunchy result, 4-5 cycles gives it an actual tostada result. Nonetheless, I’d recommend it!

It heats corn tortillas to perfectly hot and pliable in one cycle on level 5. We eat tortillas every day and this toaster is perfect for us!
