If you like extremely short, oddball stories, Noon is for you. The journal seems to value quirkiness over all else, and the result is that I forgot the stories as soon as I read them.

What a wonderful wistful and thought provoking little read this is. I encourage everyone to remember our small press champions and why they are so important to our lives.
