Refer to the pictures but I was very dissapointed. I tried two before I figured out a solution, I used them as a petcock or fuel shutoff on a motorcycle... THey would leak when in the open position out of the lever shaft - around the two orings seen in the pictures. See the one picture shows gas leaking out from below the lever. I noticed it leaking fuel as I was riding down the road! I got a 6pack of these and the clearance for the orings is too large, the lever can wiggle too much which allows liquid to get past the orings. SO I wrapped some teflon tape (gas safe) around those o-rings and put it back together. It may not last long before it leaks again but we will see.

For a fuel application like a lawnmower, it wouldn't get through two mowing sessions before leaking. I bought a bag of them, and everyone so far has leaked. Going with something else

These give full flow to your carb, the plastic valves are for 5hp and lower. They come in 1/4 " also, no more starved carbs with these.

Not fully brass, they have a steel ball in then that is just zinc plated. It will eventually leak and rust.

if using for fuel it will last about a month or 2 started leaking where the lever was. I went through 3 of them all leaking on the 4th one now

Not bad construction, thin casting, and a little slop in the handle. I use them on lawnmowers no pressurized lines. They are just fine for my use and the price is good!
