About Hummingbirds: A Guide for Children Hardcover – Picture Book, July 5, 2011

My grandchildren love feeding the birds when they come to my home. Their parents don’t like the mess. For birthdays, I bought a hummingbird feeder, staff to hang it on at their level and this book. Now we change the nectar together too.

Nice informative hummingbird book for young children with additional hummingbird facts for older children and adults in the back of the book. Great illustration and my little ones this book.

Bought this for my nephew who was fascinated by the hummingbirds at our house. I bought them a feeder to put at their house and the book. He knows more than me about hummingbirds now! Great educational read.

I got this for my 5-year-old cousin for Christmas and I flipped through it and it was perfect! Lots of pictures, very few words, and even more descriptions in the back! Definitely recommend.

We get some hummingbirds each year and my homeschoolers are fascinated by them. We got hand feeders and this book which is very informative. I do wish all the info was in each page and not in the final pages, but overall very good book with cute illustrations.

Gave the book to my 2 year old Grandaughter. She loved it and I was pleased with my order.

Very colorful and full of great facts---definitely age appropriate. She loves the book!
