Why are all these reviews from the same few days with similar wording? Anyway. I will update my review after I use it for a while.Ok so update after taking for a few weeks. I'm not noticing any improved weight loss and it seems to be making me pretty restless at night. According to my Fitbit my sleep has been horrible and my RESTING heart rate has also come up significantly. I will not be buying again but will finish the bottle to give it more time.

Worth it!
So I used to weight 229lbs now i weight 215 pounds 1 month, so I believe I lost 16 pounds.Little advice, go to gym at least 3 times a week. Do some stairs cardio not too tense it will help burn more fat and loose more weight quicker.Also it’s a appetite suppressant so I eat less.Totally worth buying!

Can definitely tell a difference...
After just using this product for a week, I can tell a difference when waking up in the morning. Not sluggish and don't feel puffy. Have been using this with a basic diet and simple exercise routine, will buy again.
