It doesn't balance well. It is NOT 40mm
I am still fiddling with this like you have to do with most chinese made stuff. If you follow the proper procedures and put the weight where you are told and run it again it will want more weight in completely different areas. If you mess with it long enough eventually it will say everything is balanced, including static. Now take it to another quality oldschool balancer that actually spins the tire up to a decent speed and you can easily see or feel that it is not balanced. In fact it is off by 1 ounce on the front and half an ounce on the back. This machine barely spins the tire before it stops it. I get that it has no guard and thus supposedly a low speed spin but if it doesnt work it doesn't work. The manual? Well if you read it 15 times you will start to sorta figure out what is supposed to be what and how to do various features. The print is so bad it almost looks like letters pieced together from a newspaper. Some letters are unreadable like it was copied on itself a hundred times. What is readable is not understandable because it was written and decoded from Chinese by a Chinese person with zero understanding of the english language. I do not understand why the Chinese don't hire an English speaker to write these instructions. Better yet hire an English speaker as part of the development crew. I haven't completely given up yet. My next try is bolting it to a concrete floor and see if slight movement is the cause for the failure to balance properly. If that doesn't work its going back. Also it said it was 40mm It is not. Closer to 36mm so totally nonstandard. Non of your other cones will work.Edit, I see the part that said it was 40mm has been removed from the listing. 8/24/19
