This is a new chrome steel big block Chevy alternator bracket. For use with short style water pumps. Lower bracket mounts (driver's side) of the engine with two bolts tightened into the front of the cylinder head and one bolt tightened to the second header bolt.Do not comes with mounting hardware. Please note - This bracket will not work on long water pumps or stock cast iron exhaust manifolds.

This alternator bracket does not fit as described by the vendor,KMJ,,they charged me shipping and re-stock fee,,what a rip off,,,loose my business over a $20 part,says all ya need to know

Looks great, fits
Looks great, fits....after drilling out the mounting holes. Could only get 2 of 3 to line up. Had to grind down bracket because it was hitting the header.Appears to be solid so far but haven't put any miles on my car yet.
