my hubby loved his so we got another one for a friend. it did exactally what it was suposed to do. i would buy it again

Easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.

Inferior product terrible results
Do not buy this product my VCR played better before I used it. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and q-tips and got a better results.

It's alright
It won't go a full 30 sec cycle in my vhs, but it's still able to clean it somewhat if I keep re-winding and fast-fowarding it.

Terrible
The tape was cracked,

Did not work, not eligible for return.
When I insert a normal VHS tape, my player automatically starts playing and you can see the timer count up from 00:00 to 00:01, 00:02, ect. When I insert this cleaning tape it would not play automatically or manually. As far as I can tell it does nothing but it was a waste of $20.00.

It's not worth the money and could not be returned
This VHS cleaner did not work. I used it as instructed but it did not clean my VCR. The picture was worst after using the cleaner. I tried using it a second time with no success. The picture was still not clear. In fact, it was very hard to see.
