I’ve been using these for a few months now and have helped with my weight loss journey! They are easy to take and I have seen a different with the increase of weight I have lost (I was hitting a weight loss “wall” and struggling to lose more weight until I added these to my diet)

I have tried the liquid Apple Cider Vinegar but could not stomach it, so decided to try the tablets. I've now been on them for 1 week and can't believe how beneficial they are. I get headaches every day and not had one for the past 4 days. Also I feel tired all the time but I can honestly say I am not half as tired as I have been. I have been trying to lose weight lose for some time now and have done so but at a point where struggling to lose any more. This week I've lost 2Ib. I am hoping I continue to feel the benefits of apple cider vinegar, but upto now I would most definitely recommend

I suffer with IBS so I purchased these instead of having to drink the stuff as my teeth are quite damaged from medication anyway, they still taste and smell of apple cider vinegar, but as you are swallowing them quick it's nothing too bad. I've found them to be quite helpful

Apple cider vinegar is incredible for you and packed full of so many benefits so is something we've supplemented with for a while (both with tablets and also pure in liquid form) but having been using these since May/for four months or so now we had to get some alternatives as my partner just can't stomach these - literally! Unfortunately no matter how much he's tried to introduce these gradually and come back to them, every time he does they really upset his stomach. It's strange because I can take them without a problem. So I'd give them 4 or 5 stars myself, my partner would only give them 2 stars - so I will give them, 3 stars. If you can stomach them they are great and a reasonable price.

Don't believe the product description. The tablets are HUGE!!! I wasn't sure whether I needed to swallow it or insert it they are far from easy to take The description says CAPSULES. They are NOT capsules, they are not even caplets. Horse tablets is a better description. They taste foul when you take one and the smell when you open the lid is rank.So...Easy to swallow ✖️No smell ✖️No taste ✖️Capsules ✖️Selling a product based on bare faced lies...

01. It is full 180 days supply only if considered to be taken one capsule per day. But what I found stated on actual bottle is that you can take 1-3 capsules per day. It means that if you take only one per day it might result in too weak effect (if any at all). (Personally I decided to take 2 per day and still waiting for an effect , although it's too short yet to feel or notice something different).02. As some reviewers pointed before, these tablets (not capsules) actually have a very strong taste and smell. But it depends on the consumer as well. Personally I am quite sensitive on this point, so have to use a flavored drink instead of water.03. The tablets are not small, but for me it's not a problem to swallow.04. This is the first time i have decied to try apple cider supplements, so I am unable to compare it with some other brands. As stated before, I can't feel anything noticeable yet but this is normal as I would have to wait for at least few months. And off course the results also depends on a diet and active lifestyle.

Tablets are easy to swallow and a good size, delivery was quick!There is no taste to the tablets, I have struggled to drink apple cider vinegar for such a long time and I give up but these are much easier. Looking forward to seeing if they help with my digestion and bloating
