No complaints. This is my first yoga mat that I've owned. I bought it for DDP Yoga. Stays in place, is comfortable to use, absorbs sweat, and rolls nicely.

I'm 58 and been doing hot yoga for less than a year. I've already been through 2 mats trying to find that right fit for the sliding problem and a knee problem. Only used it 3X so far but it holds the floor and it holds me in place. With the old mats, sometimes I would have to put extra padding under my knees in some poses but now I don't have to do that because this mat is a little thicker and more supportive. I am really happy with this mat and highly recommend it for yoga.

I enjoy using this mat during my morning mediation over my other yoga mat because it is quite comfortable. It's super easy to clean all you need is a wet cloth. I recommend this yoga mat to anyone looking for environmental friendly products. Not only are the materials eco-friendly but the quality is superb.

I am a yogi that enjoys a variety of practices, from gentle, to hot vinyasa. Amazing yoga mat. The textures allow for a great grip while also providing stability for other area's of meditation and yoga practice. Highly recommended especially because of the low cost.
