Insoles very comfortable
I was looking for insoles that were cushioned, as I am 6'4" and 330 lbs. I tried these because they were gel and have heard good things about gel insoles. I was initially doubtful when I got them because they did not seem very thick. I tried them anyway, and found they are very comfortable. I would get them again.

Saved my aching feet!
Actually these inserts saved one foot in particular. Started having problems with the heel in my left foot and then the ball of that foot. Have not gone to any foot doctor yet but needed to "fix" this problem quickly so I ordered a pair of these inserts which will work in a variety of shoes where you can remove the original shoe bed and insert the new insert. These inserts are quite large (length) since they go up to a Men's size 14 so the easiest way to cut them down is to remove the original insert from the shoe you want to use the Syono's in and use it as a template. Draw a line around the template with a marker and then cut with a pair of household scissors - that easy. The only negative I would give these inserts is that the ball (or front toe end of the insert) area thickness could be a little thicker for additional comfort but so far they have worked okay for me. I might have to eventually go to a custom orthotic insert but these have saved me from a lot of pain when I have to be on my feet many hours in the day.

Update - Weren't Right for me - Refund by Amazon
Update- I contacted the vendor via Amazon and the system replied that they were not returnable. Then we contacted Amazon directly and Amazon refunded the payment in full. Then I ordered the Shock Dr. Ultra to help with my plantar fasciitis, Haven't taken them out of my since I got them. They are built with arch support, unlike these Gel Insoles. These Gel Insoles might be better for pressure points or for general soreness of the foot. They feel soft.Old Post:Don't buy these for P.F. They a simply a gel insert. They have no arch support and the white plastic on the bottom does nothing to stabilize your foot. When I tried to return them (I purchased the Shock Dr. instead), I was told that they were not eligible for return.

Excellent support for your feet
I was developing plantar fasciitis. These inserts have totally stopped that tendency. My shoes did not have enough support and these gel insoles are working fabulously for me. I trimmed them a bit at the toes with a simple pair of scissors and that made them fit into my shoes perfectly. Excellent product that has really helped me.

Not happy, but solid customer service
My experience with these is I can't use them.I'm on my feet most of the day at work. My feet are getting sore so I thought these might help alleviate the strain.1) they are huge. I wear a size ten. I had to cut them down to around what the insoles indicated was a size seven.2) once in my shoe the seemed to stay in place. But now my feet don't fit in my shoes. There is no wiggle room for my toes.***update 2014-07-12 ***While I may have been unhappy with the insoles, I am exceptionally happy with their customer care.I was contacted by the manufacturer unsolicited and offered a full refund for my trouble.I changed my rating to reflect this but not the actual review.

Can't tell a measurable difference
First, the service was great. My order arrived earlier than anticipated, and the seller took time to follow up. Both nice touches - I would certainly order again from this seller. As for the Syono orthotics shoe inserts - they are okay. You'll note they arrive in size 7-14 for Men, which means you need to trim them down manually to fit your shoe. Overcut and you're screwed! It's best to start with a few sizes larger than your shoe, and cut one size at a time down from there. Once I found the right length, it was a bit of a challenge to get them into the shoe and 'smooth' them down to the toe (no bumps). Because of this hassle, I would not be inclined to switch these inserts from one pair of shoes to another, something I was really hoping to be able to do - especially for the price. So, here they sit in one of my pair of shoes. When I wear that pair of shoes, I don't notice a significant change in the pressure of my feet in comparison to other orthotics or arch supports I use. Is this the difference maker it claims to be? I suppose time will tell, but I'm not overwhelmed.

Not too big of a difference
This is a thinner insole I've seen. You're better off picking up a pair of Dr. Sholes (sp?). And the sizing must've been done by a person with no understanding of US shoe sizing and numbers. The cutout for size 7 was easily a size 10US 4E athletic size. Out of the wrapper they look closer to flimsy flippers than insoles. There is pretty much no structure to them. I would send them back, but I already cut them to fit. And lastly if you still plan to order them be sure you have sharp scissors or one of the knives that can cut through leather boots. I ended up using my Henckel kitchen sheers and even that was a challenge.Bottom line, I'd buy them if they were maybe like $6?

Get you some
Getting ready to order another pair. Bought the first one about a year ago and swap them between two pairs of boots. Going to get a second pair so I no longer have to swap them out. Very comfortable and much cheaper than the more well known brands.
