I've worn this brand for years! I used to sell them as well. Great quality and they fit in my dress flats as well as in my steel toe work boots! Very versatile and provide the extra arch support I need. These also help my heels and keep my ankles aligned. Highly recommend!

They are comfortable

I've been using SuperFeet for many years, but had only one pair, and then lost one of them. My newest trainers don't feel right, and I was about to set out shopping for another pair of shoes, and probably would have spent $100 and still had problems with them. So I bought another set of these superfeet, put them in my trainers and voila! the fit and support is incredible. I have a bunch of Skecher's shoes that are nice and soft inside, but have absolutely no arch support, and with SuperFeet they feel perfect. I just ordered another set that I can change out between them.

These insoles provide enough arch support to prevent my plantar fasciitis from flaring up. I wear a standard size 8 women's shoe but I buy the Superfeet insole in women's size Large 8.5-10 so that the insole aligns with my arch. Not sure everyone would need to size up as it would depend on your foot and arch location. Even though these are a size bigger than my shoe they don't require trimming in the length as they are only a partial insole.If you need cushioning, these are not the insoles for you as they are made of a hard molded plastic with a fuzzy, suede-like surface. They are comfortable and I can't really tell that I'm wearing them other than depending on the shoe, they might move slightly out of position--creep forward a bit. Easy enough to poke a finger in my shoe and push them back. I have 2 pair of these and find them a good solution for some of my cute shoes that lack arch support.

Bought as a replacement for a pair that I’ve had for over 10 years that I sadly left in a pair of shoes I tried on in a shoe store. They are durable and comfortable. You just need to make sure you have room in the shoe for them. Sometimes you will need to size up. I did return these only because I was able to retrieve my pair from the shoe store after 3 days.

My foot doctor told me to use PowerStep Protech (she sold them to me). But, they take up a lot of room and only work in specific workout shoes. I was hoping these could be used in my other shoes.The good is that they fit. And they have good arch support. I have high arches, but plantar fasciitis, hence needing the support. This is definitely high enough to support my arches.The not so good is that the heel seems to be too high. It's both uncomfortable and seems unnatural. After a few hours, my heel hurt, but not from the plantar fasciitis. These feel like something is pushing up on the heel and more on the inner side than the outer edge. The Protech ones, in a neutral shoe, make me feel as if I am walking barefoot - nothing off kilter. I have read that it can take awhile to get used to an orthotic - and that may be the issue - but I'm not having the same issues with the Protech, so I'm sticking with those for now.When my foot feels better and the plantar fasciitis is more healed, I'll try them again.

These are exactly what you're looking for if you need insoles but your boots/shoes aren't spacious enough for a full foot. I wear women's boots which are of course not made for practical hard work but fashion and sitting pretty with no thoughts in my pretty little head so it was had to find an insole that could support me standing and running and work all day (honestly, no sitting at my job). Women's boots are always made tight, not roomy so a full foot insole never fits in and if it does, it lifts my foot too high thus pressing it into the top of my boot. Not comfy. So these have been amazing. Fall chelsea boots, low heel, no problem. Converse chuck taylor shoes, no problem. Blundstone, no problem. Leather loafers with very low profile, no problem. Every shoe I try they work like a trick.SIZING:I wear size 8 shoes, sometimes I buy a 8.5 for winter to accomodate a heavy sock but I am mostly 8, sometimes 7.5 . I had purchased the smaller version of this which said it was for my size but I returned them. The support didnt reach my whole arch it stopped partially and it felt too short. These are the perfect fit.

unsure why you would use this product, its too hard and gives no benefit. returning and searching for something more gel like
