Smartest supplement you can take
I've been taking GNC Milk Thistle for almost ten years now. I used it to heal the damage that taking too many meds and antibiotics did to my liver. I had SO many allergies that got worse almost daily because my liver was such a mess!After one week of taking 400mg of this milk thistle I started to have less of a reaction to foods and other allergy triggers. After one month I was back to eating almost normally. After three months not only did I have no allergies or intolerances whatsoever, I couldn't even feel it when I was bitten or stung by insects anymore. Did you know that you can just take a couple milk thistle caps when bug bites are driving you crazy and the itching will stop within ten minutes? Haha, neither did I! But they do and now I don't ever have to deal with nonsense like that again.I love love love living without life threatening allergies and not having to carry an epi pen around anymore! It's a relief to not have to worry about food intolerances too. Milk thistle for liver detox
After I discovered my go-to milk thistle supplements had rice powder as a filler I started looking for alternatives. I saw this brand recommend in a review so I bought it to give it a try.
