Do not buy this, it stated it wouldn’t harm plants. It destroyed all my plants that were near the house. It also has a strong chemical smell, I would stick to a bleach solution or Jomax/bleach and wet your ground plants. I’m so upset I spent $78 for two sprayers and it ruined several hundreds of dollars of plants!!

I do understand that a merchant wants to sale a product and make a profit. I do not understand that a merchant would sale goods that does not work at all . You do not need to be an expert to figure out that this product does even do what they say it do. Total misleading. this product is not cheap and people work for there money and expect a result !!Also, I believe that had i bought this product out of Amazon's Venue i would have had hard time getting back my refund.there is a statement on the bottle with the meaning " this product may take a year to do the work" really? i could get the power washer do the job in 1 hour with fraction of the cost.

It is easy to apply. But the stuff is so expensive, I never would have tried it if there was not a half off sale one time. So I tried it and could not be happier. It takes time for some things but eventually the surface is clean. I had green algae (?) on the side of my house and a few months later it was gone. I also had some of that blackening that occurs on a roof (asphalt shingle and cedar). Cleaned that up.I cannot understand the reviews that say it does not work. Maybe they are expecting everything to disappear instantly or they are applying it wrong. Whatever, some people are only happy when they complainYou won't miss with this stuff. Just wish it was not so expensive.

Bought this product after much review to remove black algae and mold streaks from my roof. Even though the reviews were mixed I decided to give this a try since the black algae and mold streaks on my roof were minor compared to those seen on the company’s website.I actually got my ladder out and climbed on top of my 2 story roof so I could throughly apply this product consistently over all parts of my roof. I actually applied two full bottles even though per the instructions I only needed 1. I found the product easy to apply however the results after 6 weeks after application are horrible. The black streaks have not lightened up or disappeared at all. The roof looks identical to the day I applied this product and I must say I am very unsatisfied with the results so far. Every response from the manufacture regarding negative results always pointed out that the customer needed to be patient as it takes 4-6 weeks for this product to work properly. It’s been exactly 6 weeks since applied and no improvement at all. I really expected this product to perform much better based on the reviews and the manufacturer’s claims on their website.Overall I am very disappointed with this product and especially upset since I risked my life to actually get up on my roof to apply it so throughly. This product may work for other forms of algae (green on other surfaces) however it’s completely non effective on roofs. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product especially for cleaning algae from roofs. I’m very surprised that Amazon would sell a product that doesn’t work as advertised. I would give this product a 0 if I could. A total waste of $75.

This is just a review on ease of application, not on how well the product works. This is the kind of dispenser you put on the end of the hose, fill with some water, and then apply. There are three problems. The threading on my first bottle was not clean so water sprayed everywhere. I took the bottle off, added some plumbers tape, and re-attached. Much better. The second is there is an On, Off, and Water setting. On means product comes out, Water is just water, and Off should mean nothing. On my bottle, Off doesn't do anything. Water keeps pouring out. So you effectively just rinsed off everything you just applied. The last and most irritating thing is the spray nozzle kept popping out. I turned the hose to a very low setting, but every time I pointed the bottle down - like in sweeping up and down motions on the side of the house - the center nozzle popped out and I as a big undirected mess of water and product pouring out of the bottle and down my leg. The product may be great, but this dispenser is not.

Easy to spray on roof from ladder. The product states that it will take a few months to remove heavy mold from roof. I have a metal roof and it’s slippery when wet so is difficult to clean. Due to frequent rain and high humidity everything was coated with green, brown and black mold including parts of my roof. From the ground it looked like rust but commercial grade aluminum doesn’t rust so I bought this product to try. About two weeks after application I could see a big difference and now three months later it is all almost gone. I figure another application will get the rest. I will continue to repeat applications twice a year to prevent build up and keep it shiny clean. If you need a quick fix this is not the product for you. Hire a professional roof cleaner.

It also does not work on soffits as they evidently do not get the required sun and rain. Even though I did use this product and have none to return, I feel that a refund in in order. It did, of course, work pretty well on the exposed siding of the house.
