As a consumer who often times will buy a supplemental warranty I have several filed away. The problem is there is no way to identify which warranty goes with a particular product.

I have been charged for this but I can find no evidence that I purchased anything that required a warranty. I'm puzzled as to why I have been charged.

unable to retrieve document so not a usable product
Was having problems with a appliance warranty so I wanted to make sure I printed this one out and saved. No matter how many clicks -error message unable to retrieve document?

Just try to make a claim!!
I got this for some recently purchased fans. The website is overly complicated AND if you have to backup to check something, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. I should have NEVER trusted Amazon

Great plans, be careful before you buy to make sure your item is covered. Call the Asurion company
I always purchase these protection plans if available. But beware, garden and lawnmower parts, even though they have them listed beneath some items like those they are not covered. They give you 30 days to cancel

Complete waste of money
I purchased it to insure an electric throw I purchased at the same time. I paid $60 for the throw but it only worked 3 days. I tried to file a claim with this insurance and it say item not found and would not let me even file a claim. So I could have saved my $6.99. I am returning the electric throw also!
