The item arrived with only 2 of the 3 calibration samples. Did not calibrate properly no matter what I tried. Just gave error message. pH measurement is a random number generator apparently. A complete waste of time and money. In case you are thinking I don't know what I'm doing, I have a doctoral degree in synthetic chemistry so I feel confident when I say this is another example of cheap chinese crap. Beware! Get something easy to return in the USA.

Product arrived without the ph packets, so there is no way to calibrate the ph tester!!!!
