Caveat emptor
This book is 288 pages and has 82 recipes by my count. What it is is a picture book. At 1 recipe per page (and some have 2) you have over 200 pages of photos. Do not get me wrong – some of the recipes are very interesting and I would like to try some. But this is more of a photo album, especially given that all recipes are given in both Italian and English on one page. Lastly, even though MOST of the book is photos there are no captions to even tell you what they are or where they were taken. So, Caveat emptor.

Hearty Alpine Dishes & Desserts You Will Not Forget!
I have visited this amazing part of northern Italy and fell in love with its cuisine. I was quite excited to find this book and bring these dishes into my home. The book beautifully captures the wonderfully hearty meals of the Alps with gorgeous pictures and stories about their origin. The recipes are easy to follow and I have enjoyed making the entrees and desserts, as well as diving into the history of the dishes and the region. This is perfect addition to your kitchen if you like exploring rich flavors and culinary traditions that embrace a true farm-to-table mindset.

Great Tyrolian Cookbook
This cookbook brings back memories of recipes my mother makes. Finally, I have a cookbook to replicate her cooking, and then some. The quality is lovely - great pictures and the recipes are authentic Tyrolian recipes.
