Fun, potentially useful, probably will get stuck in a tree.
Its really just a fidget toy for me that might prove useful in some situations. I feel like it was worth the money, but I am hardly in shape to climb a tree with it or have the training to get it down if it gets stuck somewhere high up.

Very impressive!!
I was skeptical about this product at first. It just seemed to good to be true mostly because of the low cost. This product is amazing!Very well made and fun to use.The rope is nice and so is the bag everything comes in.I can easily pick a 25 pound weight up and with some patience I was able to pick up a tiny pill.Grabs stuff like clothing on the ground super fast and let's it go with ease. The grappling hook function is very sturdy and i would feel confident putting my weight on it. Definitely putting this in my survival pack.

If it seems gimmicky.... think again.
So I have had this thing for about 6 months now. It's strong and sturdy, I mostly use its gravity hook feature, which has helped with Christmas lights, lowering buckets of brick off a roof, picking up any tool while on a ladder. I have pulled a few small branches that have fell into a neighbors building with the grapple part. Overall great to have around

essential backpack item!
This thing is awesome. Ill keep it as a grapnel. Its very sturdy. Works as it should. Feels very sold and comes in a cinch sack that seems very well crafted. The paracord is a bit bigger than standard paracord. Adding the extra piece to make it a granel hook is easy as well. Its very compact and portable. Easily packs is my ruck or day pack.. Overall I say this thing is definitely worth it. You won't be disappointed!

Smaller than expected but did the job
I bought this to retrieve a boat brush that fell in the water and I could not see where it was due to the muddy water. I castthe hook in the water a few times and it grabbed the brush handle and pulled it up. I would not climb with it but will probably use it again to locate lost items in the water, saved me about 125.00 from buying another brush.

Sturdy
Very sturdy. Switching from 4 to 2 blades a little cumbersome, but overall a fine product.

Cool little trinket
It’s a cool little product. I bought it just to tinker with, but it’s actually quite sturdy and useful. Keep it in one of my hunting bags I have set up as a “Go Bag”, as it truly would be useful in the deer stand, too. The little blade that inserts to make a grappling hook seats very sturdily as well. Some complained about rivet quality... all mine are well-seated and leave enough room for the hook to actuate and release on its own.
