Didn't notice any difference in my health after a month of taking it, so maybe it's for other people, but not for me. Only drawback were the pills were HUGE, (but easy to swallow) and you had to hold your nose when you opened the bottle (phew!! these stink!!).

Product can really fast. No issues with packaging. I'm a smeller so naturally I smelled the inside of the bottle and it's not a pleasant smell. Luckily its a capsule so there's no taste and no after taste. Will try the entire bottle and see if I can remember to update my review with anything more helpful
