Scammed me for 980

I ordered several Options Plus Bronze pen sections about three years ago and got fast prompt service, and have been happy with the product. I did recently need to touch up a number of spots on those sections to eliminate rust that had just started due to contact with the ground, and likely contact with my mower from mowing close to the pen.Recently we added another dog to our family and decided to enlarge the Options Plus pen. I ordered 6 additional sections via phone direct from Options Plus and was told it would be about six weeks to fill the order due to a backlog. However they charged my credit card immediately. I called back after five weeks to check on the status. OH. We are running a bit more behind. We'll get yours out next. Two more weeks and another inquiry. Finally they arrived, but without the plastic end caps to seal off 4 open ends of 3/4" square steel tube on each section. (24) caps needed. I called and they apologized and promised to send them right out. They did not arrive. I called weekly for four weeks, each time receiving a different excuse and promise. They never arrived. I had to order my own here on Amazon from another 3rd party source (no Prime). A package of 50, more than I needed. $20 after shipping.I am no longer happy with Options Plus and though the product is very good I cannot recommend them due to the very poor service and questionable business practices. Four stars for the product. Zero stars for the service. Averages out to two stars. Caveat Emptor.

Google Options Plus. Lots of reviews promising product, and not delivering. I should have learned, after my first purchase. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.Second purchase - same bad experience as the first. After 3 months of emails and phone calls, promising product would arrive in 2 weeks (over and over again)...still no product. I had to file a charge back with credit card company.
