I think the case idea is great. The only downfall is the the difficulty that you have charging the device. Right now the device are new so the battery life is great fro my twins daughters. They are only 1 so they don't play the ipads as often as a typical child. I wish that there was a better way to charge the device with the case on. The case is very protective they have dropped them, thrown then, and even tried to hit one another with them, and no damage. It is difficult to put the ipad in the case and difficult to get he ipad out so taking it out to charge it is out of the question. So for that reason alone I am giving the case 4 stars. If the handle next to the charger was not there or bendable the process would be easier. Other wise we love the case.

This case does it's job & is easy for the kids to carry around. I'd give it 5 stars but it's a royal pain to get on & off & you have to take it off to charge because even though there is a whole for the charger the handle blocks it from going in properly. I just ask my husband to do it so it's not a huge deal but if I could leave it on all the time it'd be perfect!

Love, love, love this case. Bought it for my 5 year old because her 3 year old sister kept snatching it from her which of course caused a fight over the Ipad. This usually ended up with the Ipad flying somewhere and me praying that it wasn't cracked or broken. Now they both have cases. And although they still fight, it's not as much (over the Ipad anyway) and the likely hood of ending up with a broken Ipad(s) has been greatly reduced. It slide right in with no problem. She love the handles and uses the kick stand to watch her videos.

I had to cut the handle off of one side as they did not make an easy opening to charge the Ipad. There is a hole that allows you to charge it but you have to maneuver the cord under the semi circular handle to insert it into the charging port. My Apple charging cord is ruined from bending to charge. Too difficult to remove the ipad as it is a pain in the butt to put back on. Cut the handle and all is good. Only the plastic stand in the back broke on it after 4 years of heavy abuse including dropping, tossing, etc. Overall very good product. Don't recommend buying cheaper knock offs as you won't be able to get to use the volume/power buttons easily.

The case is definitely secure. It is extremely tight and a little difficult to put around around the ipad. My only complaint is that it is too tight to have a screen protector on the ipad. When you put the screen protected ipad into the case, the case rips off the screen protector. I have tried it many time and many different ways. It's just impossible. So if you don't use a screen protector, the case is great.

This is a cheaply made case... difficult to access the iPad buttons through case. I have to remove the case to charge the device. --- Overall, it works and fulfills its function for my 4-year old, so I don't know if I'll go to the extent of returning, however I would recommend looking into other cases before you purchase this one...There are much better (quality) cases available for the same price.

Love these iPad cases. The only complaints I have is it is hard to plug the charger in without bending the base of the cord, which we all know ruins them. Also, the back stand isn't very durable and snapped within the first couple months of use. So just be careful. As far as protection goes, my kids have dropped their iPads so many times, and they are still damage free.
