This is a really nice pack of colors and sizes and just what I needed. I get tears in my pants from time to time and when I do I fix the tear immediately. These pants had a small hole that then got caught on the steering wheel swivel on my tractor that ripped them open. I applied the patch before I washed the pants to prevent the threads from unraveling and applied it to the inside of the pants leg so less of the patch shows. That covered the long tear but not the hole so I had to apply a small patch over the hole on the outside of the pants.The trick to making a patch adhere well is to use a very hot iron and to preheat the area where the patch is to be applied. Next, place the patch over the tear and apply pressure for 30 seconds without moving the iron. If the iron is moved around on the patch it can cause the edges to curl up. The final step is to let the patch cool completely before handling it. This is really important as the adhesive needs to cool and set. The patches on these pants are two months old and the pants have been washed multiple times without any signs of the patches coming loose.

The instructions are more complicated than what I did, but they have worked well on denim, cotton and flannel.

They iron on nice and tight. Long lasting and tough. recommended.

Good thickness that looks like it will last. easy to iron on/apply. it has been a few weeks and looks like it will hold long-term.

I had to patch a cotton/fleece sweatshirt that had a L shaped cut. I was able to put the patch on the inside of the sweater and you can barely tell. The sweater gets washed and dried weekly and has help up great!

I had to patch my sons cathartic slacks. I iron the patches on and then sew as he is hard on them

Filled a large hole with these patches in a pair of my favorite jeans.I find that they are adequate, but they could be improved by having more adhesive on their backing.Review subject to change depending on how long these patches hold.
