So when I first was considering buying it I was skeptical. I got this product over a month ago and I've been rigorously using it everyday. I got the Velcro option and i thought it wouldn't hold up. So here is what you need to know1. Its a great support for people who suffer from lower back pain. I do a lot and it was great to have.2. Its a great support when doing exercise. The belt assist in shaping your waist but only if your on true to you exercise regiment3. Its comfortable around the bare waist .4. It holds. It doesn't undo itself on pressure. eg when you got it tightly wrapped and your doing abdominal exercises.One con of the belt was that there was minor chafing during abdominal exercises however that was easily resolved by wearing a light undershirt,All in all a solid product for the price point ,(I was worried about it being a waste of money). I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for the waist support belt/ waist trimmer.Also there customer care is pretty good.

I’ve used this 10-15 times now and love it. It’s a little stiff but that adds to the quality of it. Interested to see how it holds up over time but so far I highly recommend.

Sometimes the boning seems to poke into me which can be irritating but I think I resolved that by making sure the tag on it is always up and toward the middle of my back. I did have one of the boning pieces pop out recently and the seam came undone fast along with it. Thankfully I know how to sew and have made a more secure seam to prevent that from happening again for that one.Otherwise I'm fairly happy with this piece as it has helped me keep my back straight at work where I do a lot of heavy lifting. I don't feel as much soreness after each shift as I did before.

This waistband is super sturdy yet comfortable. I like how you can use the side bands to tighten it even more once you put it on. Let me tell you the Velcro on this thing rocks! I can wear it for several hours and it’s still comfortable!

Works well and offers super amounts of support. But the biggest size is still too small for a bigger person or a big lifter.

I was so afraid to get a shapewear again due to the bad experience I’ve had with the previous one I got from a different brand and I did need a high quality Shapwear I’ve asked one my co works if she knows of any Shapwear to recommend me, and that’s when I found out about TAILONG. I use this daily with my workout, I love the support it gives you. It’s not a weight belt but while doing vigorous exercises it helps to break a sweat.
