I just got this phone case. And before you buy you should be aware of how difficult it is to open the case. Hopefully you can tell by the pictures, everything basically snaps together. When taking it apart you have to be very careful not to break the plastic shell. The “screen protector” is just a piece of plastic over the phone’s screen. I already have a glass protector on my phone so it’s kinda of pointless. Finger reads well enough, I don’t use Touch ID that much so I don’t care either way.This product IS very durable. I’ve dropped it in my basement on solid concrete and not a single problem. My glass screen protector is fine and so is the phone. The rubber shell is the MVP. Let me suggest if you’re having trouble opening the case, run something like a coin inbetween the plastic shell and the rubber. I used a guitar pick slip between the two and that made opening the case much easier after I spent a good 10 minutes trying to use my fingers.

Needed to replace Otterbox case. Only the weird colors for Otterbox was available. Same sturdiness as Otterbox. Fits my Otterbox Encased car mount perfectly.

Initially, I was impressed with this case, because the layers seem to provide extra protection. I especially enjoy that the edges and back are soft to the touch, which makes it comfortable to hold. So why didn't I rate it higher?This case is basically an OtterBox case, but much cheaper in quality (which is reflected in the much cheaper price). Taking it apart was somewhat difficult, and I worried that I was going to break the little nubs that hold it together.While it was apart I took notice of how the sturdy screen protector was attached with glue, but the part over the fingerprint scanner was entirely different. The best was is to describe it is that it reminded me of plastic wrap, and from the front I could see the line where that piece overlapped the screen protector. The material was so flimsy that I accidentally punctured it with my fingernail on the first day. By day two my fingerprint scanner only worked half the time, because the ripped bunched up plastic wrap material interacted with reading my fingerprint.Finally, I decided to simply pull off the screen protector (and plastic wrap fingerprint cover), because there was a space in between my phone screen and the protector. This caused me to accidentally double tap things over and over. Instead I'm using a regular glass screen protector, which unfortunately doesn't go all the way to the edges of the case, so I'm guessing I will collect some dirt in that gap.Even with those issues, I'm happy with the case for the price. However, if you want the full coverage screen protector with a sturdy fingerprint scanner protector, then this probably is not the right case for you. However, I think it will help protect my phone from drops, especially on the corners, which is how I usually break my screen. We will see as that hasn't happened (yet).

It seems maybe a little less sturdy than the "big name brand", however, I have dropped it several times and we have been perfect. In fact it is thinner and actually easier for my hand to fit around. I got a larger phone and worried the thickness of the other brand would not fit in my hand or my purse. This phone cover is awesome. Only time will tell if it holds up as well and my phone will last for at least 3 or more years. I am not a phone changer, I like to get my monies worth and keep till I can't. This one being able to hold better in my hand is a huge plus.

Bought for my husband who uses water at his job, all day long. The case cracked when putting it on, which leads me to believe this will not last long. He said that this case does not seem waterproof what so ever. I'd like to return it and get a better one. Seller, please contact me!

I just received this, so I’m going to go easy, and I’ll come back in a few months to revise if needed.First impression, it’s def not an Otterbox. Not even close. I didn’t expect it, but reviewers seemed to think it was. IMO it’s not. First thing I did, as I do with even the Otterbox, is remove that front film. I have a diff screen protector which fits perfectly under the case. I personally never liked the attached ones. The colors, whoa they are bright! Just what I wanted! Lol There will be no trying to play with the phone during class for sure! Overall the case fit the 6s perfectly, it was easy to put on and remove. My biggest concern is will it protect, so time will tell! For under $10, for an ancient phone, I’m happy. Just don’t be fooled, you’re not getting the thickness of the Otterbox at all. It’s very very lightweight, which is my only reason to remove a star. Hopefully I don’t need to edit in the future! :)

This is a three-piece set. The plastic part two broke/snapped immediately after putting it on my phone. After installing all three pieces, the cord was obstructed by the rubber flip out and my phone would not charge. The screen on top made it hard to push the buttons. I know it was only $10, so I'm not out that much, but I had to order something else. I would return, but now it's broke, and Amazon left it be delivered by USPS, but my only option is to return it through UPS, for more than it's worth as there are no drop-off locations in the wilderness where I live. Overall, bad experience for a piece of junk!!!

First the positives: the clamshell with the outer cover (rubber) makes the unit feel robust and seems to protect the phone very well. The outer housing also provides a very nice grip!The built-in screen protector film is above average (my past experience has been that this will eventually have to be removed - but for now, the above average rating is due to insensitive spots around the edges.The film over the fingerprint reader is too flimsy and bunches up (will eventually tear).The extra pieces of “plugs” for the 3.5mm jack are inconvenient (they partially cover the jack).The plug for the lightning adapter is robust and hence makes it a challenge to plug in your phone for charging!

This phone case is very durable. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend this purchase.
