please god, make it stop
since I was a young boy, I always thought that I was meant for a greater purpose. I wasn't sure exactly what it would be-- at first, I wanted to be an artist. I briefly considered joining the army. then, I thought that maybe I could make a difference in the corporate world.but now, I feel at peace, knowing that if I prevent even one person from buying this god-awful product, my life will have meant something.this resistance band is made of some kind of space-age material that needs to be patented by Nair, or maybe Mossad should use it for interrogations. when wrapped around my thighs, it has nearly brought me to tears in the gym-- each individual hair on my leg has howled in pain like some sort of infernal, hirsute chorus.unless you practice self-flagellation regularly and wish to use this resistance band to pay penance to some sadistic exercise deity, I don't recommend this product. one star.

If you are doing light work then these are perfect. I did not expect them to be so ...
The bands are as described, however they are VERY thin so cannot be used if you do hardcore resistance training. If you are doing light work then these are perfect. I did not expect them to be so thin as I feel as though they will snap.

As described but won't last forever
There bands to go round your legs, as described quick delivery. Haven't broken one yet but they are quite thin even the black (heavy) band. Personally I double up the bands for squatting and wouldn't use them for kick back as have snapped thicker bands. For the price and the general user a fine product but expect to need to replace at some point.

Excellent! No rolling or tearing
I found these resistance bands to be of excellent quality. It is a pack of 5 which all came individually sealed and blemish free. They are colour coded to strength, I’ve only used the green band (medium)at present as I’m a relative beginner at the gym. As you can see in the picture it’s very easy to see and feel which is the highest resistance/ lowest resistance making it non intimidating for beginners like me! The best part about these particular bands is that they don’t roll up into a tube when used around the thighs for squats which many resistance bands tend to do and something I really hate! These bands have the perfect width so that you don’t have the worry of them snapping or rolling up mid workout. I would highly recommend these as an all rounder, extremely good value for money.

So so tiny!
So tiny! They are so so tiny, and they go from very thin to thick. I have no chance of getting the thick one on both of my legs let alone work out with it. I don't know how the models keep the bands flat because they roll up and twist so thin on my legs like thin hairbands and when you try to workout they shift everywhere and hurt because they're digging in because they won't stay flat. Ugh. I can't comment on whether they snap yet as I haven't been able to get much use out of them without them winding me up by constantly rolling up and twisting. We shall see.

Cheap but good.
Seems like incredible value for money. I use the black one round my knees when I squat, to correct an imbalance on the right, and it does the job well. The lighter ones my wife uses for various arm/shoulder/hip work, and she seems to like them.

Good product - but could do with written instructions in the box
Good product and seems strong and sturdy. Was sent a link to an online "booklet" on how to use them - but would have preferred something like a fold out sheet, included in the box with the bands, that I could actually take out and use to see what I am doing when I use the bands. I know everything is online now, but there is still room for some physical instructions to be included. Extra cost would be marginal and it would be really useful.

Good value for money
What I like: the bands are different strength depending on the colour, they are excellent value for money. They do the job. What I did not like: there was excessive plastic packaging inside the box. No need for 6 polyethylene packets, 5 would suffice. Supposedly there was a pdf to download, which I did not receive. Therefore I did not want to leave negative feedback. But since I have received numerous reminders about leaving feedback, then here it is. The pdf booklet only came unexpectedly with the most recent reminder to provide feedback. It's not like I've missed out a lot by looking at the content, but from customer perspective, it would be nice for a customer to receive it straight away, rather than having to keep looking for it, in our busy lives. Perhaps you should highlight in the email 'we attach your free pdf etc.'
