Pros: It dissolves very quickly in about 5 seconds.Cons: It just dissolves too quick, a wet finger touch could easily wipe clean the writing on it. Make sure to use it in a dry enviroment only.

The labels are just the right size to jot the date, and a very short description of the contents. No more questions about how old those leftovers are, unless I forget to label it to begin with!I don't bother with the lines printed on the label, I just use a Sharpie to make it easy to see.They hold up in the freezer, and disappear once in water. None of mine have really survived the quick rinse before the dishwasher. I am happy that I don't need to scrape off any residue!

When I was unable to find the Ball dissolvable labels for my jars, I came looking for them on Amazon. I never knew there were other brands, and was pleasantly surprised to find these. They are clearly made for the food service industry, but work well for home canners, if you're not looking for "pretty" For the price, they are a great deal compared to the Ball version.

Relatively inexpensive comparatively speaking. Perfect for labeling food refrigerated or frozen to keep track of freshness. The only con is that the red ink smudges easily with any humidity. If you touch it with slightly wet hands, then it is ruined since the ink dissolve and even paper dissolves. So make sure that your hands are dry and the stickers are all kept as dry as possible all the time.

These labels are perfect for my use. I like that they dissolve in the dishwasher. That is a huge plus. The price was right, too.

I used to use these at work and decided to buy some for home so we could finally put to rest the old "That's been in there for two weeks!" "No, I just put that in there a few days ago!" argument between my mother and myself. Now she can't get upset when I throw out her gross old food, because I have written proof of when it was made.

These really do dissolve almost instantly in water. I think the design could be more attractive.

Bought for our restaurant works great and washes off easily.

Works very well and labels dissolve when not needed.

these dissolve in a couple of seconds in hot water...takes a little longer in cold water. I use them on my breastmilk bottles to keep track of expiry dates
