BL Platinum Power Handle Car Steering Wheel Suicide Spinner Knob for Lady and Beginner

I ordered this to assist in making short turns. My partially incapacitated shoulder causes some problems making sharp u turns etc. This helps greatly. It was difficult to tighten firmly because my steering wheel is padded so it kept turning a bit. It helped to put a strip of non skid rubber covering used in drawers between the bracket and steering wheel (The rubber pads it came with allowed movement).

This item is really smooth unlike many other companies, i really recommend this product, the only problem you can ever have with this is if the item gets to you damaged, otherwise there is nothing wrong with this item, it is awesome!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. The shaft the handle spins on in swaged into the mounting piece (not the strongest of arrangements) and the handle does not spin with the aid of bearings. The mounting pieces mount as if by metal mortise and tenon, but not enough metal around this fitting to be at it's strongest since it's cast metal. It would have been better if it were machined out of a decent steel substrate. It looks and mounts fine. I'd pay twice this or more to get one fabricated with stronger metals, fittings and with bearings, etc. It would be safer.That was my first write up, and with it I gave 3 stars, but in using it I discovered a life or death hazard that can surface in the day to day use. You can reach a pinch point in using this (right or left hand)that will absolutely stop you from tuning the wheel one of the two directions. If you need to steer to keep from being hit head-on this device can absolutely stop you and you could be killed before you figure out a work around. The handle should have been made to ride higher so that no thumb or finger can get caught preventing a turn.

i like this knob, but because is it mostly plastic, im not taking the risk of driving around with it.

Great "suicide handle" or whatever you want to call it. I put this on my Impreza and makes driving it a little more fun and easier on tight turns. High quality, sleek design and easy install.

I don't know why but I love using these things, makes steering so much easier. Guess I am just getting lazy in my old age...lol.

Made well and sturdy.Also looks nice.The only issue I found was if you want to move the item to a different location it is a little difficult.
