Great product, traeger great service. Don't buy used.
Bought this used. I believe it was a return. It was delivered box was shredded, missing screws. The shelf itself was not damaged amazingly. I ask Amazon for replacement screws I was referred to Traeger support. Traeger wasn't even the seller. I will say the customer service at traeger was great. The rep was friendly and helpful. He had to set up a traeger account profile for me, and shipped new screws. It was an easy install when you have all the parts. Next time I buy any accessories for my Traeger grill, I will buy directly from traeger and skip Amazon completely.

Great customer service.
The lock worked great for about 11 months. Really like the way it works and very durable. When the lock stopped working, I called customer service. Winter was very helpful when replacing a nonfunctioning lock. Also, is offering me a 2 year warranty on the new one. I have purchased 2 in the past and would again.

Perfect fit
We have the traeger pro 780 and this went right on. It’s super easy and I’m so glad we got it. Folds down when you’re not using the grill and tucks into the cover easily.

Must have it is the perfect edition to your smoker. you can stop setting things on top of your pallet hopper.

Helpful accessory for Traeger grill
This product arrived in good shape with all hardware. The instructions were for a different grill than mine, but I got the idea and had no trouble installing. Line other reviewers have said, the clearance from the shelf top and the grill handle is not optimal. So care must be taken with large trays, etc. Also agree with other reviewers that the item should have been included in the price of a $1,000 grill.

The shelf is a must have
The fold down shelf just adds so much versatility and a must have. Not sure why they just don’t add it in the price and include it with every grill!
