I have re-occurring eczema on my hands. As such I have to keep them gloved for things like shredding BBQ meat, or hand mixing ingredients. These work great for that. No food goop (fat) permeated through the glove to my hand. The gloves didn't tear. It does stick being plastic, but that's expected and not a big deal. Utensils stick. Haven't really tried it with highly acidic or alkaline items like pure vinegar or sodium carbonate solution. I don't know how permeable they are to those. I also didn't test alcohols like wine. They are on the thin side, but as long as they don't tear and my hand doesn't feel like it's covered in Vaseline...I don't care.I used to use nitrile gloves, but they are far more expensive. Plus due to the global pandemic they are in short supply.

These have the thickness of your average produce bags from your local grocery store with only a "slight" more texture.If you have small hands or short fingers these will be HUGE on you to the point where you will look like a little kid playing "dress up" with mommy's fancy evening gloves.I bought these specifically due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and I wanted to have backup gloves if I ran out of my rubber surgical gloves. These are good for dumping the trash, checking mail or receiving packages. I found them to be a bit clumsy to wear while grocery shopping because they are just too big for me but when you're desperate you'll use what you have!

I used to use a wooden spoon to mix meatloaf hamburger or ground turkey, as well as certain pastries. It was more and more difficult for my arthritic hands to hold the thin spoon handle so when I saw these gloves, I jumped on them. Now, if you have long fingernails, I suggest you may want to put on two gloves per hand, especially when mixing meats. But the first time I used them I was instantly in love. My only wish is that they came in different sizes. I have relatively small hands so working with a 'one size fits most" plastic glove was a bit challenging at first. I'm used to them now, but if they ever do come out with a smaller size, I'll be one of the first in line to buy them. Otherwise, they are wonderful kitchen helpers for those who really like to get their hands dirty in the kitchen, so to speak.

They do a good job although they are big on my hands. I like the longer cuff.

I got these to protect my hands while working with chili peppers. Without gloves, my hands burn for days!!These gloves are just ok. They fit fairly well, but are tight if you have larger hands.Also, they aren’t really sealed well. I still get burning hands after working with my peppers, even with these.One solution that worked fairly well was to “double bag” my hands. It uses twice as many gloves, but is better at protecting my hands, so it’s worth it.So, if you’re looking for a low- to mid-range glove, thieve may be for you. I may try one of the more expensive brands next time because the whole point of wearing the gloves is that you only need one layer and it protects your hands adequately.Not sure I recommend this product unless you just need cheap gloves and the seal isn’t important to you.

Being immunocompromised, I purchased these for use at the gas-pump and other places where it is necessary for me to be prudent while in public. Have used them in more places than I had imagined, and have ordered more. They are a great throw-away product for this purpose even though they are designed and used mostly in the food-handling industry.

A little big for average hands but for the price, it's a deal!

For the price you just use them once - you don't re-use them over and over. They're great for handling food and I also use them for applying Menthol based rubs for my "aching" shoulders and back. 100% keeps the smell off my hands.

It was delivered in an Amazon envelope which is not very durable; the box was smashed and the gloves were every where. so much for preparing food with them. Even if it's the courier fault, it was put in that soft envelope by someone in Amazon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
