20 Months in, Still Bumper Crops
I don't know why I can't ever get the photo option to work. I can't show you, but I can tell you that these are the best tomatoes I've grown in my Aerogarden since I bought it years ago. I'll be making tomato 🍅 sauce AGAIN tomorrow because I have yet another 20 or more ripe, sweet, delicious tomatoes to harvest.I started this crop in July of 2021; it is now March of 2023. I don't know when this planting will brown and quit producing, but it is clear it won't happen soon. I also get a lot of oranges from my little orange tree that sits alongside my Aerogarden, it shares in the light. Sweet, delicious and plentiful!

Dozens of tomatoes
This is my second batch of heirloom tomatoes from Aerogarden I am growing. The process to get to the fruit stage is slow but once it gets there the flowers and fruit do not stop for many months. None of this would be important if the tomatoes were just so so. These are delicious and the taste remains constant over the months of growing the plants.

Incorrectly Labeled - Read This
Update [9/07/2013] - See text after updates.Update [8/24/2013] - Their growing, but really slowly. I have these in front of a window to help give them more light. When I opened the package I noticed they were all labeled for red tomatoes. However upon growing for a couple weeks you can clearly tell which one is the golden harvest. The golden harvest spreads out more than the red tomatoes do. I prefer how the golden harvest grows also, it's supporting itself because of even growth. The red tomatoes will need supports soon as their starting to lean over from uneven growth on sides.AeroGarden seems to have a hard time keeping labels right. Even my AeroGarden itself was labeled wrong.

Stupid expensive, but good germination, so ok?
I've clearly gotten spoiled, buying "grow anything" sponges and using my own seeds. But this variety of tomato really does do remarkably well in an aerogarden and produces tasty little tomatoes.I can suck it up and purchase this once, maybe save seeds or take cuttings from the adult plant later.

Looks good so far.
One plant has sprouted out of the one pod I geminated and the plant looks promising. I will update with results and give Star rating after harvest and taste test. Update plant is growing as expected they are dwarf size and start blooming very quickly at a few inches tall, very similar to a red robin. I will update later...

General comments
I've used the pods quite a bit before and always received grow domes in the seed pod boxes. Was a bit disappointed to not have grow domes included in this order. Also, the grow sponges don't fill the pod with growing material. I'm hoping everything will work out fine. If not, I'll write another review. On the other hand, got seven pods instead of the six I usually bought through local box retailers. Can't comment on the flavor yet; just planted the tomato pods a couple of days ago.Installed three of the pods in my Aerogarden a while back, and just yesterday had one finally start coming up. The other two are showing no progress in sprouting.

With a little care.
To get good results you have to use clean water. I like to set out tap water for a couple days before I use it, to allow for escape of unwanted little things not good for your plant. Make sure you keep your water at the proper level because it’s rather hard to tell. As the plants get bigger they use more and more water. You may have to touch it to be sure. It’s also very very important to keep them fed. Other than those two things and maybe a trim when they get out of control, there’s nothing else you’ll have to do but talk to it, tell it you love it….JK

Not a single tomato grew from these pods
I have tried growing these heirloom tomatoes twice and both times were an epic fail. I have NEVER had any yield whatsoever, let alone anything that looks like the picture on the box. I keep my water levels perfect and feed when needed but all I get are vines growing everywhere, yellow flowers that die out, and fruit flies and that is it. I feel like I wasted my money twice ordering these pods. And the pods that don't sprout end up growing fungus and even the tomato plants themselves have fungus growing in the base. I wish I could get my money back for these wasted seeds.

They were easy to grow and they had adapted well to being ...
My first set of these tomatoes have just been thrown out, they were 11 months old! They were easy to grow and they had adapted well to being in the soil as soon as summer started. I just started another group of them to have for the winter and next summer. These would have kept going had the frost not gotten to them. They taste great and the plants were loaded with tomatoes. I can't wait for this new batch to get bigger.

Very attractive
Grow quite quickly. Each one has 3 seeds, and you have to trim the runts. Looks like they will be very nice, and nobody can believe we are growing tomatoes in the winter. The picture shows them almost ready to pick a few months later.

Like all my experiences with AeroGarden seed pods: Excellent. I saw my first leaves within a week, and they're growing well.
