It was a hit!
I purchased this as a joke for a pot-luck dinner, but it was a surprise hit! Most of my friends tried a spoonful and one even went back for a huge second helping. Everyone agreed it was surprisingly palatable. The texture was definitely odd (very grainy) but the flavor was pleasant and not very organy. It was easy to prepare--just spoon it into a bowl and heat in the microwave!

HAGGIS GOES ABROAD…
I had my qualms about CANNED haggis but it is fine. NOT like what I got served in the Highlands and Edinburgh but still fine tasting. We celebrated Bobbie Burn's Night with it and a wee dram of Glenfiddich..

Well-It Doesn't Taste Bad
In fact, it is pretty good. I'd eat it again. I've never had haggis "fresh" or not canned though, so I can't compare it to that.
