DC Comics Watchmen Movie Silk Spectre Series 1 Figure

I saw some reviews where people said this figure doesn't look like the character. They must be talking about the graphic novel, because this looks like the character in the movie. I got the Owl Ship and she looks spectacular standing next to it although the scales are different.

My boyfriend loves comics. He loves Watchmen, so I purchased most of the character figures for him to display in our house.These looks great, and come with a stand and scene- however, as nice as they look, they fall over regularly. Not that big of a deal, but there's been countless times when we've arrived home to find one (or none) still standing tall. It seems like the weight of the figures might be a little too much for what was provided.

Laurie, AKA Silk Specter, is one of my favorite watchmen characters and this version of her looks exactly the way she's supposed to look. Very well made figure, but I don't like that fact that they didn't carve a smile into her instead.

She is an amazing and well detailed piece she is part of collection i have all three varients of silk spectra.

She has sharp feet and weird sculpted nipples:/

I'm a collector and purchased this as a gift. It's a starter for someone. It came in tact and hopefully it'll be worth something in the future for the person this gift was bought for.

Long story short: I bought this figure as a companion to the Classic Silk Spectre at a cost of about $5.00 on Amazon during the holidays. I can say in no uncertain terms that this modern version of Silk Spectre was not worth the money for the following reasons:1. Aside from the arms, this figure has no articulation.2. The paint looks very cheap and unprofessionally done.3. This figure should not be considered collector's grade.In summary, the Classic Silk Spectre is a far superior figure to this one. If you are a completionist and are not concerned with quality, then this figure is for you. It' was not worth the $5.00 that I paid for it and is certainly not worth what they're charging now.

Attractive addition to my Watchmen line up. Completely incapable of standing without the included stand which I did not care for. Other then that it's a pretty good looking figure.
